Dream TeamsThanks to everybody who has left comments and voted on the teams and players featured. We have been impressed with your informed contributions. We have now providing our considered Dream Teams and a compilation of the votes received so far.
Also below is a Dream Team for each era - from the pre-war years to the present day, in the popular formations of the time, followed by my All-time Dream Teams. We are keen to hear your votes on all of these Dream Teams, and the website in general, so please use the Forums and personal message facility at the bottom of this page. But first of all - create your own dream team.
All-time Dream Team
Below is your all-time team - based on the votes on each page. It's a great team - I can't argue with it. There are some big names to miss out though - Maradona, Cruyff and Di Stefano for example. Let me know what you think of it with the forum at the bottom of the page. We have also provided my Editor's Choice Dream Team for comaprison alongside it. Although its easy to pay more attention to current and recent players, that we see more of, try and ensure accuracy and balance by looking at all eras - there are video clips of great players past on each position page.
All Star Dream Teams for Each EraIn the space below we have preared a Dream Team for each era - these are our own choices, though we have made some adjustments based on readers' comments, so thaks for that. Again, please let us know what you think of these teams.
